Below is the live map of the λ model — the instrument that measures unexpressed economic value inside the legal systems of European territories. I · The pilot — Sardinia
The board below works like a stock exchange ticker. Every row is a Sardinian comune, ranked by its λ Net Unexpressed Potential — the value the territory already has, but cannot yet convert into real economy. Colour marks entropy level: red means high entropy and the biggest opportunity, yellow medium, green low — a territory already running efficiently.

II · Beyond Sardinia — EU-27
The same λ model, applied at member-state scale, gives a first estimate of the unexpressed economic value held inside each EU country's legal and territorial systems. This is the same kind of value found in Sardinia — frozen, unmeasured, waiting to be codified — but at the scale of an entire nation.
These are starting hypotheses, not validated totals: each country's λ figure is to be confirmed empirically as codification proceeds — and the real number could turn out lower, or could uncover far more than the model suggests. For an independent reference point, a macro estimate (Eurostat-derived, JLMI 2/25) puts unexpressed value across EU-27 legal systems at roughly €5.2 trillion — see the Problem page. Potential is the size of each country's internal market once its legal entropy approaches zero; measured is what has actually been claimed and codified so far.
III · Any EU city can start here
This map currently covers 271 municipalities of Sardinia, but the λ model applies to every municipality, region and country in the EU. Any of them can start today. Type yours below — if it's a major city we already have a population estimate; if not, you provide it. The figure that appears is approximate, based on public population data, and is to be confirmed empirically once codification begins.
